Gauges

Hey I recently purchased a new FD. So anyway i'm looking into gauges...I'm just wondering what gauge pods and gauges you guys recommend. Also what kind of gauges do you guys use...so far i'm thinkin about a boost/vaccum and an air/fuel. I'm gonna be keeping this thing pretty close to stock...so no fancy gauges for racing or anything will be necessary.

Thanks guys

Welcome and congrats on your new car. There's a TON of information about the car so try some searches and if you still can't find what you're looking try searching some more.

I think the first gauge almost everyone recommends is a boost gauge. The second gauge, there's some varying opinions, but I would recommend a water temp gauge. As for placement, that's completely up to you. If you want to keep it stock looking you can just get a 2 gauge pod for your a-pillar or center speaker. As for brand there's varying opinions on that so you'll have to read and decide for yourself. Some of the popular brands are Defi, Greddy, Blitz, HKS, Greddy, Autometer, etc. Good luck.

the most stock looking guage is defi. they are also very good quality. the speaker double pod or triple pod will get you a stock look. i bought one from the this forum just do a search. as far as guages i would go boost, water, EGT. do not get a A/F unless you get a wide band. anything but a wideband is a complete waste of money.

welcome.
