Gauge help please

I know this has probably been discussed to death, but since I'm relatively new here I'm gonna ask for everyone's opinion anyway.

I have a '94FD totally stock. I am going to install a boost gauge (at least). Which ones (manufacturer) do you recommend? What additional guages do you recommend?

Thanks.

You're right, this has been discussed to death

As far as manufacturers go, I say get the one that compliments your interior (i don't like the look of mismatched gauges). I have an autometer boost gauge mounted on the sterring column and I really like the look (very close to stock). But everyone has a bias on what gauages they like.

As far as future gauges, water temp, EGT (exhaust gas temp), AF ratio, oil temp are examples of other choices. But the boost gauge is most important.

I love the defi gauges. They match the stock ones nearly perfect. The defi gauges are also very accurate. Boost and water temp guages are the most important. If you go single and mod your car a lot i would also suggest the EGT gauge.

I have the PFS boost gauge with a black face and orange glow. It REALLY looks like stock.

I have the Blitz BL boost gauge because I don't give a crap about what matches and Wayne at Phase2 had it in stock.

Autometer all the way, good quality and they never mess up. j/k

I don't care if it matches the interior or not so I went with Blitz, Defi are probably the best gauges out there but they're pricey too.

Ive been wondering the same thing myself.
Im scared to use autometer (although I noticed the kick *** car in this months SCC used all autometer guages) cause of all the people reporting inaccuracies with the guages.
I dont necessarily want to spend 200 bucks per guage on defi, I just cant decide what to do.

Do you have the Defi-link gauges that light up green or amber? I'm looking at the Defi gauges right now and wanna see them mounted at night before I go ahead and buy them..
