gasket between rear turbo and precontrol-plate?

gasket between rear turbo and precontrol-plate?
Hi guys!

Maybe this is a dumb question, but is there a gasket between the plate which is located above the precontrol flap and the rear turbocharger exhaust housing?

Yes, There is supposed to be a gasket between the flanges.
