Exclamation Garrett GT25 *2

I read in an Australian Mag "Speed" JUN - JUL 2003 issue
It says that:
You can fit a Garrett GT25 * 2 in the 13B REW
requires custom fitting.
Since its a smaller twin turbo set up, it runs an internal wastegate and it is an Ball Bearing Turbo (Less Lag?) Max rating = 440kw@1.5 bar
Just something I've found?
anybody else heard anything about it???

The black dot means that you have posted in that thread, I think. It looks different to everyone tough. For instance, before this post, I had not posted in this thread, so the envelope was blue with no dot. When I check it again, it'll be gray with a black dot

As far as the turbos are concerned, I have no clue. I mean it sounds promising, but whats to say they're any better than the existing m2 or BNR turbos?

whats to say....

well first off in order to run twin gt25s you would need an entirely different manifold...it would not use the stock snails.

the stock manifold is restrictive...and the bnrs and m2s are just the internal upgrades...fans..bearing assembly etc... both need minor modifications to make it work...pills etc....the garretts in question are a full custom job...much more expensive...click on the aspec turbos threads after doing your search...that is exactly what they speak of.
