Gah, I have it when this happens!

I recently met a guy who lives next to me who is selling his 94 rx-7 tt for 11k, it has 120k total miles, 66 on the new engine, perfect interior, no modifications, but he lives 120 miles (your thinking big deal, its a rx-7, who the hell cares how far he lives). Well i was checking cars.com and i found someone who lives 22 miles fromme selling his 93 rx7 with 20,000 miles on it and perfect condition, new paint job and the works for 11,000! So im not sure on wether to blow off the 120,000 mile guy and go for the closer guy or what.

I hate it when this happens!

Go check out the close one first. If it checks out, great. Buy it. If not, go check out the other one.

He did say it was a 93. Perhaps the car still had the crappy '93 original chip-prone paint, but never bothered to get it repainted because he drives the thing so rarely (20,000 miles). Now that the guy wants to get rid of it, he finally repaints it...totally conceivable.

The fact that he only wants 11K is what I find fishy. Either this guy doesn't know what he has, or there is something he's not disclosing.
