I just bought my 94 RX-7 and it doesn't seem to boost very much at all from the first turbo. as soon as it hits 4500 rpm the car takes off good but below that there is ~5 psi. Previous owner belives it to be solenoids and I think hes right but If anyone else has any ideas it would be very helpfull.
