fuel trouble in my country.. need advice..

I am currently living in bangkok, thailand.. and here the petrol available in most gas stations are : (form most expensive to least expensive) 1: 95 octane 2: 91 octane 3: 95 gasohol 4: 91 gasohol 5: E20 ( which is 20 % ethanol or methanol).. which petrol will I be able to use for my 95 fd?? right now im currently having my technician installing a power fc and tuning it so that i can use the 95 gasohol.. the technician reccomended it.. he said that without the power fc the engine would not be able to run properly on 95 gasohol.. so what is the minimum octane?gasohol an fd can handel without problems??

is this 95 RON ? that's like 91 in the US I think.

And if you have a power FC your tuner will have to play with the timing on the dyno and monitor exhaust temps and knock counts to see what the engine can handle
