fuel temp sensor could be the cause???
i was havin problems with my FD (wouldnt start)
but when i went to the sensor/switch on the commander (pfc)
the [FUEL] was highlighted

the ignition wire on the igniter... remember where your alarm is installed?? also, i would tell you to check the wire you spliced for your remote start alarm... i think that might be the cause if it ripped or something. i know because we have the same alarms and mine looked like it was going to come apart...
