Fuel tank drain plug

I'm currently replacing my fuel pump, fuel lines and filters to run e85. My tank is a bit rusty and I've bought red-kote to seal the tank.

My question is, my drain plug fell into one of my pails and I forgot to pull it out and dumped it into my large barrel of used oil and stuff. I didnt see if there was a crush washer on that drain plug. Does anyone know?
