drain plug on fuel tank?

Someone told me that the '84-'85 FBs had a drain plug for their fuel tanks. I crawled underneath and didn't notice one. I need to drain the tank to have it cleaned out - car has been sitting a while. Do any of you know if there is a drain plug and if so where I might find it.

Thanks,
Tim

most tanks do not have drains check your tank if you do not find it on the bottom just pull the top plate and drain ,pump out ,clean, from there
