fuel presure regulator diagnostics

so i pulled my FPR (stock)

should i be able to blow through it? (where the fuel goes)

i can't blow through it...at all

I don't know for sure, but that seems reasonable to me. Remember, its job is to regulate the pressure to 37 psi or so. If you could blow through it, it wouldn't be doing a very good job of regulating the blow pressure to 37 psi.
