Fuel coming out exhaust

Fuel coming out exhaust
Today when I got off of work I started my car and I walked around while it was warming up and then I see splater marks behind my exhasut. So I put my hand in front of it and it would shoot gas on my hand. I am pretty sure it is not the injectors because I just got the motor rebuilt (under 1000mi) and all the injectors were clean and flow tested. Also when I first tried starting the rebuild it flooded out really bad to where the gas was coming out the dp. It also has some other problem like a rough idle when it first starts. It is almost like it running on one rotor, but this goes away after a bit. Also hesitation at about 1.5k to 2k and some times it will idle high like 1200rpm and sometimes low like 500rpm. I am pretty sure it is all caused by the same problem. My mods are: HKS intake, DP and greddy cat back, stock ECU, battery relocated and MBCs.

Hrm, invest in a fire extinguisher. Sounds dangerous. Try pulling the spark plugs, see if you can tell which ones aren't firing, if any aren't. That'd give you a place to start from. I left my FSM in my car, but in section F like f-120 I think there is a relationship chart. And you can see exactly what affects the amount of fuel being dumped into the engine. Go down one by one and troubleshoot it.
Good luck, keep us updated. So in the future any who search will find the answer not just a problem.

I have this problem aswell I have a new rebuild and sent the injectos to be cleaned, and the inectors were still stuck open after cleaning flooding the engine. I have a power FC and I think my running rich issue lies there. I am taking my car in to be fixed I have tried to trouble shoot the thing all summer.
Also I wish you all my luck, and be safe with that fuel issue.

O one other thing. Put a fuel pressure gauge on your car if the injectors are the problem the fuel pressure gauge will not rise at all or will rise and fall off very quickly. Propper fuel pressure rises to 35-40psi and stays there and o so slowly bleeds off.
Just thought I would metion it, becouse thats what helped me find my injector problem.
Good Luck again, and dont forget to keep us informed
