Front Sway Bar Mounts
Front Sway Bar Mounts
Anyone know the part number of the brackets that the sway bar mounts to? It seems that the previous owner may have slid into a curb or some other car, because the sway bar and mounts are bent... Thanks

Thanks, rynberg!

I like the Widefoot Racing replacements the best. They are very sturdy and they move the bar up an inch for better ground clearance, too.

They are a boxed version instead of just one flat side. You can call and ask for a price. I don't have a camera right now to take a pic. If you can get the widefoot, those are even nicer but I don't know if they are still being made.

David Breslau of Widefoot Racing was at Sevenstock 7 in California. I spoke to him about his sway bar mounts and asked if they were still available. They are still available, but his current supply are cast not machined like the "older" version many people bought via group buys. He said he does them as castings because he can produce them at a lower cost.
He also said that he has/is in the process of opening up his own manufacturing shop to continue developing parts for FD's and other cars. I believe he still participates on the forum, but if anyone is interested in his contact info, just PM me. I got his business card.
