I'm having the same problem. The best i can figure is the camber is messed up so when turning quickly the car is running on the outside edge of the tire....

I would probably jack the car up, or put it on jacks and check the wheel wobble .. and then, check the links underneath. Anyway to get the car up high, turn the wheels while looking underneath? If it doesn't make any sound then, it might be a weight-bearing issue, so maybe something strut/shock related?

Does it happen if you turn relatively slowly?

No. The sound only occurs during quick cornering. Its especially noticeable going around round-abouts in excess and 35 mph. Any slower than that there is no "rubbing" noise.

I have this same problem. Does the noise sound like a vibration at the same frequency as the engine speed? I am thinking it is a torque roll issue, since it is only left turn....

Anyone got any ideas?
