Angry Front Mount Installed and car won't start

I was wondering if any of you RX-7 owners have come across this situation? I did a couple of reliability mod installs this weekened KOYO Radiatior, Greddy Front Mount and the Odessy Battery. The Car does not want to start, the engine cranks but it doesn't start. When i tried to see if the battery was the problem it was fully charged. I turned the headlights on their good but i noticed my guages were not lighting up my sun roof was opening but the lights inside the car weren't turning on the radio wasn't working either. The car hasn't been turned on for about a month and a half what do you think the problem might be. Any input would be a great help.

thank you for your time and input....

Check all your fuses... it seems simple and stupid, but with attaching the new battery you might have popped one.

Checked all the fuses ? ? ? ? Did you pinch any wires when doing the installs ? ? ?

Guys when i was modifiying (cut) the left side of the body in order to imake room for pipe I-2, the pipe connected to the left side of intercooler to the upper piping which connects to the Y pipe i slightly grinded some rubber of the Relay Fuse Box wires. I checked them to see if i had pinched any wires but all seemed well, i put some electrical tape around the wire so there wouldn't be any conntact. I believe this can be the issue due to the fact that my Radio doesn't work nor does the air condition and the horn all which consist of the fuse relay box.

Now my next question would be how may i adress the problem of replacing the damaged wire there was only two a blue one and a Black one. Any advise would be a great help.

Looks like you may have cut through some of the wires. I can't believe everything looked ok if no fuses were blown and it still doesn't work. Either the wires are shorted together or cut completly through if no fuses are blown. Just taping over the insulation won't correct the problem it only covers up the possible problem. Jack

I understand it doesn't correct the problem i will have to double check and make sure i didn't cut through any wires. it has to be the fuse relay box because nothing that runs through out that box is function therefore i might not be getting any fuel since the fuel pump relay pertains to it as well.

Did you have the battery connected when you were performing the cut ? ? ? If so then you very well may have shorted out a few wires and blown some fuses. For everything associated with that relay block not to work some more than two cut wires had to happen. Lets hope the ECU is still intact as it doesn't take too well to low voltage, spikes, or being shorted out. Check all your fuses after you double check and fix any wire damage. Make sure you disconnect the batery before doing any electrical work on this car. Jack

When i installed my Greddy FMIC, i had to cut away that little peice of the frame and my careful hands accidently cut a few wires.. i fixed the ones that i can see but a few days later.. after i drove my car and parked it and shut it off it would stay running I thought it had something to do with my TT but when i turned off the head lights the car would shut down.. it did it for about 3 days then stopped. and this was a year ago.. and no problems since.
I know im not really giving you an answer but that wiring harness that runs across the frame . I dont know where they all go but that my be the place to start and also see if you have any wires rubbing on the wheels.. but it my just be as simple as a fuse..

The two ground connectors that you have to move to install the FMIC need to be grounded (metal tab coming out of the plastic multi-connector). I thought they were just wire connectors and didn't ground them to the frame. Had the same problems you do + wierd fan/engine problems. Hope this helps. it's an easy fix (aside from removing the bumper again).

Ermin I really don't recall any two ground connectors by the front bumber maybe you can enlighten me as to more or less they would be located. As far as the front bumber it is still not installed i had a feeling something like this was going to happen.

Jack when i was cutting the frame the battery was out of the car nothing was feeding the car so thats a good sign.

Roserex my careful hands messed this up as well. How did you go about fixing the damaged wires???? Again I would like to thank you guys for your input.
