Question Front Light reassembly help

Hello, the question is:

Is the bolt/nut on the picture correct? there is only that bolt/nut or i miss some bushing or similar?

But there is some play between the hole and the bolt, hasn't it?

Push it in further, the collar should be inside the hole and the head of the bolt should butt up to the inside of the fibreglass. Don't over tighten these, they're easy to break, they only need to be nipped up .
