Fuel Pressure Drop after Prime

I have a newly installed fuel system. FFE rail, ID 2000/1000 injectors, new oem fuel filter and a 'supra' pump.

I cannot start the car yet as i'm in the process of adding all the fluids back after doing a single conversion, but my question is... is it normal for the fuel pressure to fall after the fuel pump does its initial priming when the ignition is turned on. My pressure will go to low 40's and then steadily fall after the pump shuts off.

Maybe I'm missing a check valve or is this normal? For now I just want to pressurize the system for a bit to see if I have any fuel leaks. So far no fuel is leaking that I can find.. pressure just drops like its going back into the tank.

Mine will slowly drop over time. I believe this is normal.

Pressure drop is normal, however a very quick pressure drop within a few mins/sec is a leaking injector or a hole somewhere.
