Front License plate

One of the 2 threaded securing points is missing from the bumper. I am trying to re-attach the license bracket. Any suggestions in getting to this location and replacing the metal threaded female receptor?

Ya, cut it off. I think a front license plate looks ugly, so just yank it all off and say **** it.

Although this doesn't answer your question, I'm w/ S-Man, ditch that front plate. AFAIK, DC does not require front tags...so why keep it??

EDIT: Oops...I stand corrected

Kinda hard to do that when it's required by DC and VA....

But you can reach your hand up in the bumper...kind of a tight fit but i did it.
