Friend sent me these rotor housing pics, opinion?

a bit of history

Car had inner o ring leak, not sure if it was due to overheat or not, but anyway engine is open and sent me thes rotor housing pics and wants my opinion

Mileage of engine unknown, i would say maybe 40-50k?

It had n3f1 3 piece apex seal if that matters.

I think the rotor housing looks decent for a rebuild.

What do u guys think?

Chrome is about to flake on the bottom edges. I'd get them resurfaced if anything. Always measure for warping.

Definitely more wear than you would like to see around the trailing plug area which always has the most wear. Doesn't appear to have cracking at plug holes but hard to see from my phone. As mentioned, great candidate for resurfacing.
