It's what the uneducated call "non-sequential" or "parallel" twins. It bugs the **** out of me, too, and I don't know why.
The car is a 5sp, it couldn't be an automatic because it needs a new throw out bearing.
Looks like a steal, but I'm not too sure on the Petit Unlimited's ability to compensate for boost spike related to having an open exhaust and stock sized waste gate.

Shoot if it had good compression its well worth the money.

I agree 100%. Let me know if you pass on it. This car will sell for east $16,000 in another part of the country. Your looking at $1000 transport tops and I bet you could easily steal it for 10,500. gah look out! you might see another buyer!
