found vacum/fuel leak?

My vacum was around 12 after my seq converstion and i was looking around for the leak, my searching lead me to the secondary injector the one right in the front. when i squirt brake clean right at the top of the injector the eninge sputters, like when you find a leak. this is odd beacuse it was never a problem before. i pulled the injector and the o-ring looks fine but loose. is this normal or should it be tight? have any of you guys had this problem? i only see one o-ring should there be two?

thanks.

Its been a while since I was that far into the engine but I remember two O-rings. They should be on opposite sides of the mesh filter leading to the internals of the injector. The stock 3rd Gen uses side feed injectors therefore the parts above and below the fuel rail (plenum) are sealed by the O-rings. Since you do not complain about fuel all over your engine bay I would guess that the missing O-ring would be the one on the bottom of the injector. If it is indeed missing I do not see how you are not flooding your engine since the fuel would bypass the metering needle (within the injector) and enter your engine from the outside of the injector.

Check the "Grommets" that seal the fuel rail to the intake manifold. These may be worn too. If so they could be an alternate reason why your "leak test" was positive.
