OK, so I got the section off that I need to port... it looks very similar to this... there is even a similar crack(although this seems to be the only crack within the hole assembly).... I have left it at the shop at my work as I take a week of vacation... when I come back it will have about 2mm milled out on the radius. Thats about a 13% increase in diameter.



Question > If one was to control the boost to 10psi... NO MATTER WHAT THE MODS(this is a hypothetical question)... then you wouldn't need an ECU right? Its only if your boost is higher that you will ever need an ECU retuned for fuel, etc... right?
