Fog lamp only working when re relay is bypassed

Foglamp relay
Foglamp will only work when really is bypassed. Please help. It has new foglamp relay and lamp switch.

It may be the other wiring that normally kicks in that relay that's bad. You're going to need to get the shop manual out and a meter and go through the testing procedure.

Thanks Dale; however. I was able to solve the problem by replacing the fuse.
