yes...the other end of the pcv goes to a tube that connects under the UIM

I know this is an old thread but, is there actually a decent fix to the chocolate milk in the filler neck.

Bump with foam picture from new engine. Oil is clean just filler neck foam. Coolant level isn't moving. For the engine breakin I've been driving with no boost. Also, I have the FC thermoswitch to keep the engine cooler. Those two conditions would cause the oil not to get hot enough to burn off the foam. Judging by this thread, the foam in the filler neck is normal. Unless it's on your dipstick and you're belching white smoke.

 

This foam in the filler neck thing happens to Dodge Dakotas too. Nice to know that it's harmless. Maybe we could form a support group. It looks like the whipped cream happens especially during the winter months. It's winter here in Jersey too.

Here's a quote from the above post on Dodge Dakotas:

Sorry if i resume this old thread but

I'm the owner of an FC Convertibile: i noticed today that i have foam/cappuccino cream under the COOLANT CAP/ COOLANT FILLER NECK.
I HAVE NO OIL CREAM IN OIL FILLER NECK OR IN OIL DIPSTICK!

Also car doesn't smoke at all from the exhausts when i start it or even don't eat coolant in the reservoir! Coolant in the reservoir is clean

I was afraid that one of my coolant seal broke because of the cream under the coolant cap.

But i read here it's normal!
Can you confirm it's the same for the FC as for the FD?

Another detail that can help you make a diagnose:
I called it "cappuccino cream" but the small cream i found under the radiator cap is not brown: my coolant fluid is GREEN COLOR and the small cream i found is GREEN CREAM.
Could it be something to do with additives present in coolant?
I'm using AREXON ROLIN FLUID that has what the producer calls GLI.TECH 4.100 component that should "soften the sludge" in the coolant circuit.

That's just funky coolant. You want to run plain green coolant, not any of the newer fancy long life coolants. In the US, Prestone makes the coolant I typically recommend, don't know what is available where you live.

50/50 mix of green coolant and distilled water.

May just need to flush out the cooling system. If you aren't seeing anything else weird (car smoking, overheating) I think you just have some junk in the coolant.

I just did the last coolant flush on september 2018. However i'm not sure if i cleaned the circuit well. I used a radiator cleaner but when i inserted the new coolant in the circuit only 6.3 liters went in, I know coolant system of FC Turbo 2 keeps 8.4 liters. Is it possible 2 liters of tap water that i used to flush the system are still it perhaps into the heater? Obviously when i drained the coolant i drained it from the radiator and from the bolt of engine crankcase.

I wouldn't worry too hard about it. That just looks like junk from the coolant. Clean up the cap, maybe drain/refill with fresh coolant, and go about your day.
