FMIC Sizes

I'm thinking of getting the new Greddy FMIC or the Blitz FMIC. Does anyone know how big the cores are and which one is better?

I read that you have to cut a lot of the bumper to install the new GReddy FMIC. Does the Blitz FMIC require cutting of the bumper?
