You can set your system up to pass the smog part (see the RP car in the current Turbo), but you won't pass a visual . . . so if you can talk someone into giving you the nod on visual then you are in business.

 

actually, i've been wondering... what CAN you have and still pass smog? is it ok to have a cat back since it does not really have anything to do with emissions? like what mods can you do and still pass even the visual? and what mods would be ok if they let the visual slide?
