fluctuating idle with greddy pulley?

fluctuating idle with greddy pulley?
Has anybody idle fluctuated with installation of the greddy pulley which eliminates the airpump? Reason I ask is because I disconnected my airpump electrical connector bout 1 year ago and the idle was fluctuating up and down and sometimes died at idle so I reconnected it. Thanks for the help.

I do have the greddy pulleys so that could be it but I don't know.
