I removed the damn EGR but I still get the CEL after a few minutes, and so the idle suffers a bit when I am at a top light. I installed the greddy pullies along with the removal of the air pump. Did my mechanic forget to do something? or does the CEL light always come on when the EGR is removed? I have a 93 FD3S. Thanks

 

have you try resetting the ecu and see what other codes are still there/??
