I paid 200NZD for the genuine item inc lights, corksport is a RIP at 1500USD. Thanks pretty handy with the soldering iron.

Do they bolt on directly? using the same mounts?

Problem found, not as easy as just bolt on and go guys..

The S6 front bumper reinforcer (under the cosmetic bumper) is not compatible with the S8 front bumper, the parkinglight/indicators are much larger and higher and do not fit in the same holes cut out for the S6 indicators/parking lights.

Solution =
Some cutting of the S6 front bumper reinforcement is needed to fit a S8 bumper

The S6 rebar will work with some modification or you can just buy a 99 rebar (S8) and then it will be 100% bolt-in. Often the bumper is sold with the rebar, did you only get the bumper piece?

Yeah it was second hand and did not come with bumper reinforcer, i live in New Zealand we love rotas here ,so parts are everywhere. And i am always looking for a second hand deal, very rarely do i buy brand new, hell why not cut up the s6 reinforcer :P . Although im sure as it is in the states the S8 parts are a little more rare than S6/7 .
