Fitting a 99' front lip on a 93'

it states that you would need to do some minor modifications to fit a 99' spec r1 front lip on a 93' model, so what exactly do you need to modify????

i have a 99 j-spec lip on my 94 touring and the fitiment is pretty nice, i'm sure its not as snug as a R1/R2 lip but its sweet as hell and a lot more aggressive...the only mods you have to do to put is on is make two more holes in the lip to put on the front bumper...its not hard at all and very worth it once you put it on...

I heard it overhangs a bit into the fenderwell on both sides, but not too noticeable. Please post pics or email as well.
