I'm running the same 550/2200's with the rail, He installed those, the RP fuel pump, jumped the coils to the battery, installed a new engine wire harness, stage 3 BNR twins, he also caught and fixed many other issues, and or potential issues. Fixed my AC speed switch, redid my rats nest, etc.

Flawless running and everything works, sequential transition is pure smiles with these bigger twins and Chris's set up,
better than factory. If i stay out of the boost, I get mid 20's in mpg, 70% hwy driving.

Rotary Performance is awesome and Chris Ott is the man.

I will go back for a retune when it's cooler in the fall with a less restrictive catback and a different soleniod for a high boost tune on race gas.

I am in the process of installing the RP secondary Rail that they have in store and the same Bosch fuel injectors. I’m scratching my head if I should keep the factory slot and the rubber grommet that sits in the intake or what should I be doing to sit the these injectors right?

When I spoke to Mary last week she said Chris was spending most mornings at the other building (what ever that is) working on the design and tool paths. 5-axis is a handful for sure! I saw a 3-D printed prototype and it looks pretty nice.

the order got cancelled because they are not selling it anymore...

they were supposed to release a new version of it , it has been more than 1 month that I am waiting for the new version, crickets...

Update

Here is the response I received from Chris today. Looks like he will have a finished product soon!

“Jack,
Sorry for the delay and thank you for the patience. The delay has been due to the fact we're machining this part in a new way (to us). We have a 5 axis machining center and designed an excellent part, but perfecting the final machined part has been more of a challenge than expected. Tooling has had more of a lead time, ironing out the kinks, etc. It will be opening a lot of new doors for some really cool parts to follow, but this one has been the first and most important. I'll follow up with some progress pictures and hopefully that will help quell the rotary bretherin. As to when it's anticipated to be completed. I see no reason why it won't be done in October. That barely gets you taken care of. As mentioned before, our apologies for the delay and talk to you soon. Best regards.Chris Ott”

Update

After another 2 weeks I’ve reached out to Chris again. Here is his response. I’ve since not gotten a response. Will keep everyone posted.

“Jack,
October ends today and I'm still working on the rail. That's where I was all morning and where I'm headed back to. I'll send you some pictures and details. Sorry for the hassle and talk to you soon.Chris Ott

Update

Jack,
This project has been consuming most of my days lately. Unfortunately it's not nearly as easy as you'd hope to machine in 5 axis. Here's a picture of the rail billet in the trunnion and vise. I'm working on this every day until it's done. If you need to seek another option for the part, I do understand. Unfortunately, this is way harder than we expected. My apologies for the delay and I'll send you an update ASAP. Best regards.

good to know. I haven’t heard from him since my last email. I’m assuming he’s having huge problems that are preventing him from completing the rails. Hopefully we get something.

So I am in Dallas training and I thought that it would be cool to stop by and aggravate the gang at Rotary Performance.... I must say they are a very, very cool bunch of people. Very respectful, very professional, and just down right very cool. Their shop is awesome. They are busy.
I had them program my PFC with a conservative map and I should be pushing at least 325whp with just under 14psi.... should be fun. I would love to have someone fine tune this thing some day.
