First gear trouble Help!!

Got the Oil change today at a Express lube place. Everything on the car was working before it went in. Got the 10w30 oil in there and got them to top off all the fluids. I also got them to check my Tranny fluid and they say its all good. So I drove home and about 10 minutes later I came to a stop at a red light. When I try to start off in First gear it wouldnt go and the engine wanted to stall so I push the clutch down and tried again same thing. So I then started off in second and it was ok. Next red light I came to a stop and then tried started in first and it was ok. Went for a drive about 5 hours later and about 3 blocks down it did it again and then never did it after. Would this be something the Lube place did? I even tried reving it high and droppin the clutch and it just wanted to stall but I push the clutch down before the engine had the had the chance to stall. Its goes in gear fine with no grinding. Replaced the clutch 5000km ago. Please let me know, I hope they didnt mess my car up. Thanks

I would take it back to see if they tightened the tranny plug. sometimes they wait until they check for oil leaks and then forget to tighten the plug

You could check it yourself first. It's on the drivers side of the tranny. I think it's a 19mm, maybe 21mm. Either way, I think if it was loose, you would see fluid on the ground and know they messed up.

I'm a suit and tie guy and never changed my oil in any cars till the FD. It's very easy to do on your own. No issues that way.

Good luck.
