Unhappy fire

i had a little electrical fire with my main wiring harness. All the solenoid valves and hoses were burned....it still ran but couldnt go into boost. Is that possible? Anyway im putting everything back together but i cant figure were the oil lines in the pic go to.

coulda been worse, remember that! And yes, it is possible for it to run and not go into boost after such an event. The entire turbo system is controlled by vacuum lines, no vacuum, no boost.

To replace them you'll have to pull them off at the OMP down my the turbos. They wrap around the front of the motor, new ones are like $15-20 ea.

I doubt you had an electrical fire, you probably had a small fuel leak the gas caught fire and went out. I bought a couple fire FDs like this. Fixing them isn't too hard but there are a lot of parts to put back in the right way.

Good luck.
