here is a simple test for you to perform before you go monkeying around and start tinkering and screwing up things............

get out a a straight strecht of road, if possible get someone to scout out the next mile or two ahead and make sure that there are no cops and no traffic..........

get your car good and warm before hand, downshift, pop the clutch and floor it like a bat out of hell, and keep your foot in her ***, you should get feel the boost kicking in like it should, you need to be wide open throttle (wot) to get your 10-5-10 boost pattern

when it hits that second 10 it'll feel like you've sprouted wings and the back-end has squatted and the front-end feels like she's ready for lift-off................

solenoids are still an issue as it is a solenoid that controlls the closing of the crv, and the opening of the cca. you have primary boost so the cca is working by closing the door in the y-pipe. at transition it opens the cca door, and closes the crv. the fact that you are loosing boost at transition means that it is escaping somewhere the only thing that changes is the crv/cca. even if you had no secondary turbo at all the primary would hold the boost longer than it does now if it was not being vented.. 10-8-10 is stock
