finally,....I got the seven back!!!

I am super happy to announce the never ending (9month) fd project is complete. whooo hooo!!! Only downside is summer is over.
Picked her up friday evening and have already begun to make up for lost time with 583 miles driven.
The seven was purchased from a former member over in NY a year ago in late June. I received the car at my home july 8, 2004. Drove the car from July to March 1, 2005 and decided she needed a rebuild.
The car had a reman, pfc, dp, resonated mp, and nonsequential turbos, no emissions whatsoever. HA, I still have the emissions test where I went through with no cats, no smog pump...Failed impressively!
What I had done:
Wild street port courtesy of Pineapple racing (thanks Rob!)
Widened oil passages
Enlarged exhaust ports (overlap baby)
Smog pump elimination kit (pineapple)
Single turbo 60-1, To4E
Custom dp
Hks Wastegate (vented to atm.)
Big ol' Radiator
ACT streetlight flywheel
Pineapple sprung 6-puck
Tokico 5-way adjustable struts
Hks ssqv bov
Aeromotive FPR
Secondary fuel rail mod
850 primary injectors
1600 secondary injectors
J-spec transmission
Powdercoated UIM
Special thanks to Rob Golden @ pineapple, Chris Godwin @ gt garage!
It runs and drives great, I will post pics asap! If you see a mb fd running around town at very slow speeds my apologies I am trying to break this bastard in.

sounds like you put on all the right parts, but why venting the wg to atm? you may regret that decision. otherwise, post some pics and good luck with the car

Yeah, the wg vented to atm was the one thing I was not too sure about. I think after the break in period I am going to connect it to the exhaust. It sounded like a fun thing to do at the time.
I am enjoying it a ton, definitely sporting a perma-grin since I got it back. I am going to try and post pics for the first time tonight.

That's awesome! Congrats! Rob@Pineapple did my motor as well. I should have went for a bigger port job. Rob thought that since I am in CA with the smog ****'s that I should only have mild street port.

Rob is a great guy to deal with. Get some dyno numbers once she's broken in and tuned...

thanks guys I appreciate it! yeah being without the car for 9 months was torture, but I am so pleased with how the car turned out. And No leaks to speak of, whooo hooo!!!
As far as the wg venting to atm is concerned, I think the flame job/fireworks under the car is the biggest negative. It sounded fun at the time when my friend and I were talking about it. But with the DANGER factor..., and the fact it would be too easy for the cops to track my every move --with all the fires I would be starting around town, probably isn't worth it.
Pics are taken just need to load em!

Everything is sounding perfect! I would have gone with a bigger turbo but hopefully you can still put out about 425rwhp
Not sure what you were going for

I really didn't have a hp goal in mind when I started modding the car. I just wanted to make the car have decent power, sound tough, and be tons of fun to drive. But I agree with your turbo comment, and that is why I am saving for a gt35r.
I too, am really interested to see what my current setup will put down. I think your number of 425 will be pretty close, I hope!!!

Yeah, i have been seeing all kinds of colors flash past my car lately. Where in WA state do you live?
Maybe I will see you on the road, or at one of the next 7 functions.
