Finally dyno'd my FD.
I finally got my car on the dyno. I'm happy with what it put down, now I just need to tune it. My mods are in the sig
BTW: this run was also at 12PSI. This one had the highest HP, one of the other runs made 286Ft.Lbs. with slightly lower HP. The other funny thing is that it made 319 HP at 10 PSI but the torque was down about 20 Ft. Lbs.

It was about 60 out that day. as for the A/F they didnt have a wideband so I don't know. I am going to a different shop in a few weeks that has a wideband to tune it after I get back from Detroit in a few weeks.

Very nice numbers for your mods - nice to see a FD actually put down some power with fewer mods -I've seen those same numbers from somebody with a streetport, intake, dp, and catback at 12 psi. Get a decent IC and you'll have 335 rwhp or so.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. right now the ignition is stock, with NGK 7's & 9's, and Magnecor wires. I'm planning on going to 9's all the way around and possibly an HKS twin power.

Yeah, those ARE interesting numbers for your mods. I've seen less hp from a tuned FD with a PFS PMS and the PFS IC!
Are you still using the base maps in the PFC?

Otherwise pretty good HP #'s with a stock IC, did you have a big fan on it?

my experience on this forum shows that full exhaust (mp), intake, and ecu = about 300rwhp. I wonder why yours are so high..tell us the secret...come'on

Yeah, you've got me jealous. I got 285 with an intake, DP, MP, CB, PowerFC @ ~12psi, and a frount-mount IC (not too helpful when you're sitting still).
I thought that was a bit low, and this confirms it. Looks like a thorough inspection of my turbo system is in order.

Hey Dr Wankel, you should try adjusting your prespooler some. It's possible that even part of the prespool control system is shot, too.

Damn, those are some nice numbers for your mods. It would be interesting to see a dyno after swapping to a MP instead of the hi-flo, to see what kind of loss you get from retaining a cat.
