Doesn't the parking break feel like it's in the way? You'd think they'd switch that to the other side, like how it's set-up on U.S. models.

Yep,

She's absolutely bone stock atm

I've ordered a few gauges to go in her n try n keep my eye on the engine.

Mods planned:
Sillycone () hoses, clips, usual safety mods first
Subtle lip + Skirts
A nice set of 17"s
Stainless Exhaust system
Intake
SAFC/Unichip
Headlamp conversion

Maybe then I'll look at a turbo upgrade but keeping it simple to start!
