A Few Questions: Horn Doesn't Work, Window Switch, Vibrations, Estimated HP

Although these are four completely different topics, I didn't really want to start three different topics:
1) My horn doesn't work. There are a few spots on the button where it sometimes work, but others do not... I searched but I don't know.
2) My window goes up or down but not always consistant. Sometimes you really need to push it... So I've read that the switch is bad. How would you disconnect the switch and check the strength of the ground?
3) There are some vibrations above the gauge cluster. Should I take the dash off and see what is rattling and then tighten it or something? How would you take off the dash?
4) I hate these questions too, but what HP would you be at w/ just hoses and downpipe... I'm thinking something between 260-270...
Thanks a lot!

You probably need a new horn switch. Take it apart and check it with a multimeter.

2) My window goes up or down but not always consistant. Sometimes you really need to push it... So I've read that the switch is bad. How would you disconnect the switch and check the strength of the ground?
You probably need a new window switch. Take it apart and check it with a multimeter I think it just pops out of the door, but you may have to remove the door panel. I can't help you there.

3) There are some vibrations above the gauge cluster. Should I take the dash off and see what is rattling and then tighten it or something?
Well, if you want to fix the rattling...

How would you take off the dash?
I'm sure it's not too hard. Screws, clips, etc. It should be pretty straight forward.

4) I hate these questions too, but what HP would you be at w/ just hoses and downpipe... I'm thinking something between 260-270...
Yep, assuming everything is in good working order.
