yeah i have had a lot of these similar encounters, the best one was when me and my two friends (one of them sat in the back and he could barely fit!!!!!!) there was a silver mercedes clk behind us also waiting at the drive thru at mcdonalds, we were waiting at the drive thru and a beautiful blonde chick came out and stood at the drivers side.....with big *** **** right in front of my face. she said i had a nice car and that i was fine. i looked back and there was the guy in the mercedes with a big frown on his face and another blonde chick back there. she asked if we were gangstas and asked how did we pay for the car. it was like 3 in the morning and i guess that they got out of the club or somewhere. my friend in the backseat screamed out that this car was worth one million dollars!!!!!! it was real funny and cool. the other blonde chick got out of her mercedes and was dancing. they were really fucked up. the other fine *** chick talking to us started stripping and she pulled down her pants she was fucken beautiful, she wasnt wearing any panties and was shaven down to the skin. i thought she was gonna **** right there. she then asked if we can buy her some chicken mcnuggets.

well anyway, when i first got the car and drove it to school i parked underneath a bridge so that everyone could see my car (showing off). well i hear a couple of kids who drive GTI's and VR6's saying "that kid has a probe and thinks its all that". well i followed them and when they were driving away, i tried one of the gti's, no contest hit 90 and he was pretty far back.....soo the next day he comes up to me and asked me how come my probe is that fast?.....i say its not a probe, he looks at me like WTF??. so i point at the rx-7 badge and poor thing, he said i never knew probes had special trims, is that the racing edition?.......felt like slapping him but didnt do it

Just yestarday someone asked me if that was a Jaguar! That was a new one to me....
I think the best was when I lived in LA and had my car Valet'd at the Ritz-Carlton in Pasedena.

Yeah. I have had people ask me if it is brand new and what it was. They are amazed when they don't make them anymore.
I was in San Marcos one time and stopped at a gas station at the ATM. While I was pulling cash out my friend was in the passenger seat and a friend of his happened to notice him with the windows down. He said, "Dude, are you in a Viper?" I found it amusing.
I was at a Bicycle shop one time and as I was walking in two guys that worked there saw me walk in and one guy asked, "Is that a Jaguar?" I have no idea why he thought this or what he was thinking. Again, amusing.
Lastly I was in a BlockBuster Video and I was one of two cars in the parking lot at the time. The Cashier said, "Is that your vette outside? It's nice." Sadly I was offended by this as I hate the Corvettes since they stole most of the styling from the RX-7 and NSX etc. I hate GM cars with their cheap plastic interiors.
Those were the only stories that stuck out. Otherwise it is just people saying, "Does that still have the wankel engine?" or "Nice car." or "Does that have a V6?" haha

I never got asked that one before but i did cruise with a ferrari at about 120 for about 20 miles last night
