I just ordered an HKS downpipe..will it bolt up to my stock exhaust pipes??

Yes, it will bolt right up. But it is still a good idea to search for downpipe threads. Sometimes they go in easy; sometimes it is a pain in the ***.

If i were you I would consider a different downpipe, like a M2 or a petit or even a Rx7 store downpipe. They are 3 inch all the way through instead of being squashed at the top like the HKS. Just my opinion, dosen't mean much.

I would get that thing Jet Hot coated too since it is mild steel.

stainless steel is the way to go. I think the HKS is stainless steel, but it's just not polished, but I'm not sure so don't hold it against me.......or quote me, lol.

HKS is mild steel. That's why jet hot coating is so popular for them- they're cheap and they need it more than the stainless. Scrub is right though. That HKS is squashed at the top to fit the right drive cars in Japan since they have the steering column on the same side. I don't know if there will be any decrease in performance, but if you're not sure about a part in the future, you should probably search for information about it before you order.
