Question FD storage advice/whats my fd worth?

Check this out guys, i need your advice... I'm in the military and about to be deployed for a 7 month tour to iraq. I'm stationed in southern california, but my family is in oregon(about a thousand miles away). What do you think i should do with my FD, leave it in storage down in cali, or drive it back to oregon and have my family look after her while i'm away. If i drive it to oregon, i'll eventually have to drive it back to cali, putting a total of 2,000 miles on my car, for the whole round trip. Do you think its a better idea to just pay for storage down here? How well does a FD do sitting around for that long a time?
Also, I was thinking about selling her. She's got a brand new primary turbo at 70k miles, and a rebuilt tranny and new clutch at 80k miles. Right now she's got 83k miles on her, she's a 93' red R-1 with 17" rims. Is the value of FD's decreasing or holding strong? Thanks a bunch gents

I think the value is dropping. I would keep it and would put it into storage, but have someone you know go out and start it up every month.
