FD running lean above 6000 RPM

Just recentally installed a AEM wideband on the FD and now it showing that I am runing lean above 6k RPM. We're talking 15-16:1 area.

Mods on the car:
Stock Mazda Reman
Ported throttle body and intake manifold
Non-Seq ported stock turbos, running 11 PSI of boost. Varified with DEFI gauges.
GReddy 2 row intercooler
Rick Stiles Racing Chipped stock ECU
Walbro 255 fuel pump
3 inch turbo back
Fuel filter changed 5k miles ago
Brand New engine wiring harness.

I think this pretty much everything power related. Car makes in the 330ish range.

Any tips to get me on the right track?

15-16:1 really?

At WOT? I'd figured you've blown your car being that lean. Make sure that what the Airl/fuel ratio reading is accurate.

Edit- I just digested that you wrote "Car makes in the 330ish range." on stock twins at 11 psi??? leads me to believe that your air/fuel ratio reading is in fact accurate.

At 11 psi your injectors should have no propblem supporting that. I'd check them.

If they check out then ditch the ECU. Plain and simple

Was the ECU tuned for your current modifications?

1. 330 at 11 psi on stock motor/twins? I don't fricking think so.

2. If you were hitting 15-16 AFR under boost, not only would your engine be dead, but you would be making **** for power.

3. WTF is a "Rick Stiles" ecu?

Just to clarify: I took 330 to be Flywheel, not rear wheel Hp.

Correction.... 300 RWHP (I think was the best number I got today. made about 6 pulls or so. 12ish PSI. I played with it today for about hour. I'm leaning toward bad indication on the AEM wideband. I think it must have exhaust leak up stream from the sensor. Car pulls great with no hesitation and has a pretty smooth dyno graph.

Rick Stiles Racing, had chipped ecu a few years back or 4 I pieced this car together with parts I had laying around. Prevous car I had this ecu on made 330 RWHP, basically the same mods, except the stock twins that where still sequental at 15 PSI, for about 2 years.
