R1 or R2 seats, wich would you choose

i have an R1 and i love my seats, but in a week i might get my hands on a nice set of R2 seats, witch are better?
wich would you choose?

those are the stock Base cloth seats...I do prefer those seats more than the R1 seats...I use to have those before I replaced it with Recaro's..

Those are base model seats dude. R1 and R2 seats are the same.

hmm. but the car he bought is an R2 94mod jdm(maby he was wrong?)
its on its way from japan now, will arrive next thursday

It's most likely an R2 model with swapped base seats or a base model.

Or it's really a base model with a few R pieces tacked on it.

The Japanese market cars had different option package mixes than we got in the U.S. It seems unlikely to me that somone would take out their ultra-suede R seats and put in base cloth seats, but I suppose it's possible. I suggest the new owner check for a door jamb sticker showing which suspension the car has.

personall i like the r1 seats better, the suede looks cleaner than the base seats to me. plus i dont like the netting on the base seats, kinda makes em look cheap. my own opinion though, do whatever with whatever seats you want man, its your money

That IS R2 seats. I have them in my R2 -94, Japanese import. I think thats the best looking stock seats.

Its not for the US spec. Maybe it is weird for the jap spec ones though. Definetly base seats. Cheap, ugly, slippery, base seats.

I love my real R1 seats.
