That is a stock unit and I am building the engine and wont be ready to test for a while.. The "wood" is card board to protect the cooler fins it comes out when installed. I have installed it and it fits fine.

Glad you were finally able to post photos A small point, but you do realize that you will need to fabricate some ducting so that the fan will be far more efficient. Otherwise, it'll just pull air from the sides, rather than through the cooling fins. Looks like a good setup regardless.

This picture is of the fan. I did mold a housing around the fan before I installed the unit. I sealed the shroud and it only draws air from the cooler fined surface.That is a great point to bring up, thank you
