FD AT to MT Transmission swap nuetral switch wiring question

I'm in the last stage of my automatic to manual transmission swap. I have a question concerning where to connect the neutral switch on the clutch pedal assembly to.

I've researched all threads on this topic and I only found one answer, But I still have a question.

The user said to connect one lead from the nuetral switch on the Clutch pedal to pin "1Q" on the ECU and the other lead to a constant 12v source.

Questions:
1) can anyone recommend where to get a constant 12v source either by the clutch pedal or by the ECU?
2) can anyone verify that pin "1Q" is correct?

Just want to make sure before I cut any wires.

Reasoning: connecting the neutral switch to the ECU will let the computer know when the clutch is depressed to disengage the cruise control and to help keep the car from dying while at a stop sign at idle.

Thank you,
