20s and an LS1 swap... What more can you do to your car to **** off almost every other FD owner?

well I will race the car and I do love the car however when I come to someone that wants to run for money I will have another set of tires for the car. I can see that from some of your post that people are closed minded and think that mississippi is hillbillys and then I guess if im close to slidell its a ghetto rig. Truth of the matter is this is the first fd that I have ever gotten and I like the car. Im not really try to start off going cheap I bought the car and it was in a wreck came with a few of the rims but had the yellow spare on it. I put these on because to me they look good. I dont want to take pictures as to I just got the body work done and is it patched with primer spots. So rather than listen to how stupid my car looks I am not interested in that. And I might as well add in so a few of you can get some more laughs yes they are chrome no they dont spin and the car is black with yellow spots hey I gota poka dotten gangster hillbilly fd thanks for the help guys

I don't know anything about his car. I personally don't like 20's on the FD. If its a show car I understand. If it is street driven, its crazy. The low profile is too impractical to drive around.

Also, I hope Ralph knew how to properly fit the tires. 1fast seems to need some help.

And if you haven't already noticed, people tend to have very strong opinions on this car. Its his car and he can do what he wants. People are just voicing there opinion as he posted a request for a rediculous fix for a self inflicted problem.

I'm not interested in making fun of this guy but, i kind of have to know why you would want to put 20 inch wheels on an fd. Why make a sweet car look like a tonka truck and then totally sacrafice its handling more by lifting it when it is one of the best handling cars ever made (for the price). I just wonder why you would buy an fd to do this. I mean why not a saturn, its equally rediculous and vastly cheaper.

well If I liked a saturn I woulda got one Not really intersted in the plastic doors and what not. Its gona be a little bit before you all will get your laughs at my pics cause its gonna take 3 weeks for my carbon figer hatch so my carport paint job will be delayed

well I have 19's on the rear 18 up frount of my fd. they fit well with a good ride but if I was to go lower profile wheel it would make the ride rough. So if your were to go with 20's youlll rubb every where and you wont be able to turn.
