From others, the special edition would have "Bathurst" for a Type R Bathurst model, for example. Its just a pre printed tag, if nothing is under the special edition there's nothing special.

I cant think of anything that would be a RM. Please provide your chassis number and I will research for you.

I guess RM is a shorthand or abbreviation for a Type R Bathurst X. Your car was born or registered on Feb 2nd 1995, and painted in PT or Chaste White from the factory.
I found the following quote,
And another that only mentions leather seats and not red leather seats.
I found the following quote,
777 of these luxury tourers were produced in 1995. With most cars having the bathurst name since 1994, this version simply raised the spec a little more with red leather seats, a Momo steering wheel and gun metallic coloured 16" rims from the original 92 RZ. The rear wing was standard and window glass was tinted grey. A "Special X Sticker" was also added to the pillar behind the door.
And another that only mentions leather seats and not red leather seats.
The RX-7 type R Bathurst-X features including leather seats, gun metallic alloy wheels, and limited stickers.

Ok. That must not be it then. Maybe a Type R Bathurst (no X). It would have the standard seats. I believe the only other models available early 95 were the Type R (basically a US R1, but should say type r on door sticker), Touring X (also leather, sunroof, bose etc), RZ (bbs wheels, recaro seats), R2 (no back seat), and RS.
