FD Community loses a great member.
It is with much regret that I write this. Yesterday, Steve Dahl (aka. OneBadRX7) died at the age of 26 after a life long battle with Cystic Fibrosis. He was a good friend of mine and many people of this community.
Steve had been a member of the RX7 forum since March 01, and owned a beautiful 93 CYM of which he was very proud. Steve had a passion for many things in life, including his FD.
In the past few months, Steve’s health took a turn for the worse, and he was no longer an active board member, even though he wanted to be.
It’s funny how something so simple as common car can spark a friendship between two people. I remember one day I was out in my FD and I saw this yellow CYM driving around town and thought to myself “I need to find out who owns that car”. Weeks later Steve and I became friends, from which many wonderful memories grew over the years. Times spent installing headlight kits, tuning boost controllers, even just going to lunch and having some drinks.
Steve touched many people in the RX7 community, perhaps none more so than me. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers go out to his family in their time of need.

That's terrible news - my thoughts are with his family and friends. Forum members are prodominantly young people and it's always hard to hear about some of the real life problems out there beyond our passion for RX-7's.
