FD boggs and will not boost help!

Anything past half throttle the car bogs and will not boost, HELP!! Car is a 1993 FD3S. Thanks for any help!

Hi there,, sounds to me like your car has gone into limp mode. You need to pull the ECU codes and see what the problem is. Check this link:-

You will probably notice if you have a boost gauge that the ecu wont allow you to make any boost past 0 without bogging,,, only mild throttle is allowed until the electrical problem is fixed. Let me know if you get stuck or have anymore questions.

haha i might sound stupid here... but my seven once did that on me and all i did to get it back to normal was disconnect/reconnect the negative on the battery... i think it does some kind of reset... iunno... i know it worked for me

got code 1 S 5 L seems to be fuel pump relay gone bad? does this sound right?

I have this same problem going on right now actually with the added bonus of no second turbo. I disconnected the battery and it didn't help. I guess i'll check it for codes later(maybe tomorrow). I'm running way rich, so much so that I can smell fuel in the car as i'm driving. Needless to say i've just been driving my other car until I figure out exactly what the deal is. I'm having the car looked at in a few weeks, so when I find out what it is for me i'll pass it along if that helps.
