FD's are fun, but they are dangerous too. I'm not saying I've never lost the rear end of my car, but I was able to recover it, and I actually do practice that in empty parking lots (helps to know how your car is going react in certain situations, that way you aren't surprised when it happens).

Sorry, but at this point, since you owned your FD for a little over a month before you wrecked it... adding in a single turbo just sounds like you have some sort of a death wish. Mainly is scares the crap out of me to hear stuff like this as you could have easily lost control of the car and hit another car.

If you do go for the single turbo, keep it safe on the roads until you learn how to handle the car.
Well I have a supra 95 tt bpu ... I have had it for 3 years now .I drive like an ashole to and never had this problem wit the supra to lose the as end like that .. But what I think it was something on the road like black ice or something ???I know that the rx handels better than the supra !! So that's the only thing I can come up with ...Something on the road ...???

Yes, but it's an entirely different car. Just because you had a Supra doesn't mean you can drive a McLaren, since it's RWD.

Every car is different and has it's own characteristics. You just found one with the RX-7, which is without some suspension mods (and even with them) it's easy to get the rear loose.

You are lucky you didn't injure yourself or anyone else, especially since you were "cutting someone off".

It DYNODE what at the WEAL'S?? and how many HORS power does your car have? lol. Anyways, dont blame there being something on the road for your mess up, I guess I didnt read right, I thought you were the one cut off, not the one cutting someone off, what the hell would you do that for?? And like you said, I bet they were happy to see you spin out, well if someone cut me off I would be too,

I'm sorry, but what are you expecting? A pat on the back for losing control of your car when you were cutting someone off? Then wanting to increase the horsepower of a car you already don't know how to handle?

When I was about your age, I did almost the same thing. I hat a 300zx, lost control of it and wrecked it. Luckily there was no other cars driving on the road at the time. I did the same thing as you, blamed it on black ice, cold tires, everything but the real cause: me. The fact is that I didn't know my car, when it began to lose control I didn't know what to do, consequently I wrecked it. $6000 later, I learned my lesson, and I do hope you learned yours. I regretted that night, and I still do after quite a few years.

It's not a game. You wrap your car around a tree or roll it few times you may not get another turn.

We all enjoy our FD's and joke about racing and pushing our cars hard. However, we are serious and controlled about what we do (at least most of us :p).

You have the privilege of owning a very rare car, enjoy it but take care of it so it doesn't take care of you..

Yeah, don't expect any support out here... You admit you cut someone of the very first time you're driving on a new clutch which you should be breaking in for at least 500 miles AND you admittedly drive like an ******* in the Supra too. You're just lucky the Supra was so forgiving and had traction control, otherwise you might've wrecked that along time ago. Guess what! RX7s don't have traction control except for your foot and some decent driving skill!!!
I've done some serious **** in some cars but I'm curtious of anyone else around me.
I've even bounced my Supra off a gaurdrail at 80 MPH on a sunny day with no "black ice" on the road... The only person to blame was me, now I just take the next exit, like any average person, just maybe a tad bit faster...

You werent driving your car hard were you? If you had just installed a new clutch you should of been breaking it in first. I'm not going to talk crap since i'm sure the embaressment from the accident was enough punishment Drive your fd for a few months before doing any mods. After that do mods one by one. You'll learn a lot more about your car and you'll have a better understanding of what exactly your putting on your car and what your getting out of it.

Hey man, losing control of the FD isnt something we all have done (well most of us) but the thing that bothers me is that you did it while cutting someone off..Just try and be curtious of other drivers. GL with the mods and repairs. and stay safe.
